There is no need to tweek this in majordomo.pl.
All you have to do is add to the $global_taboo_body section
of the majordomo.cf to bounce these requests to the
listname-approval address. The filter would look something
like this;
/mailto:.*@/i
This will also capture/bounce any valid message with this
syntax in the message body of mail that is not in a request
to majordomo. I would have assumed that majordomo would
not allow this format of address to be added to the list to
begin with. To the best of my knowledge, ":" is not a valid
or allowed character in an email address anyway.
