This sounds like you are not the owner of the machine your majordomo and
sendmail installation lives on. The /etc/aliases file is normally where
you would do this.
majordomo-owner: n.bosboom@your.domain
owner-listname: n.bosboom@your.domain
If you do not have root access to the server/host where you can edit this
file, you will have to ask your administrator to do it for you.
Trying to check mail to these addresses is unnecessary. The addresses are
already getting forwarded/redirected to your n.bosboom address. You only
need outlook configured to look for mail there.

PS. In the future, please contact me for majordomo support only via the
majordomo-users@greatcircle.com address. I will not respond to requests
that go directly to my employee mailbox @ netscape.com. This is annoying
my employer.
