In addition to what I suggested before, about logging messages for your
confirmation address, I suggest soliciting assistance from some of your
frequesters. Have them use the same computers and mailers they used
before to start the un/subscription process. If they are unwilling to do
so, get as much information as you can, and retrace their steps yourself.
Watch for changes to your confim.keys file and your logs at every step.
