That's easy enough. Don't use any of the "key words" like "s*bscribe", or
"uns*bscribe" in the body of the message. The list manager interprets that
as "taboo" (an attempt to send admin messages to the list rather than to the
admin address majordomo@domain.tld), and won't let the message through.
Notice how I "splatted" the words above. That's sort of a convention that
allows you to get around the keyword taboo.
