For administering the site remotely by email:
Send an email to majordomo@yourdomain.tld with the command:
config listname password
and it will send you a config file for listname. The config file is
self-documenting. Copy and paste the entire text, and then edit your changes,
into to another email to majordomo@yourdomain.tld following the body text
command:
newconfig listname password
and you will get back a "newconfig accepted for listname" with your new
settings. Then another "config listname password" will fetch the new config
file for your verification.
Also send to majordomo@greatcircle.com the command
index majordomo-users
and then from the results use the GET to majordomo-users@greatcircle.com for the
majordomo manual. The last half contains commands for remote list owners.
For on-site administration, I'm pretty useless for information.
