Informing Sender of Bounced Messages

This is a trimmed up version of my taboo body. It's not sexy, but it keeps 'out of office' replies from causing nasty loops.

Q: How can I get majordomo to let the sender of the bounced message know they were bounced, why, and suggest they correct/re-send?
