I've added a section to handle the non-RFC822-compliant messages that
Exchange sends out when a user's not found.

To review:
This script was designed to be part of the list-owner alias so that it
can be invoked automatically when email bounces. Example:
owner-foo-l: me@domain.com,"|/usr/local/majordomo/bounce.pl foo-l PhonyPW"
When a message is bounced to the owner, the script makes sure it's an error
then removes the offending address from the list.
