You have broken the cardinal rule for getting support. What is your
configuration? Hardware, MTA, version numbers???
Just guessing at problem #1, is that you are not using the 'resend'
command in your list alias, so that your list.config will even get
accessed.
test: "|path-to/majordomo/wrapper resend -l test test-outgoing,nobody"
test-outgoing: :include:/path-to/majordomo/lists/test
nobody: /dev/null
Once your listname.config file starts getting used, the restrict_post
can be enforced.
On issue #2, use the "reply_to = newsletter@domain.com" setting in the
.config file.
