I am trying to eliminate multiple postings from the same message being
processed with Mj and Sendmail. I have found some good info to help me
understand the process (of the Received: entries) but what I don't
understand is why a server is in the loop of the multiple Received:
entries.
The first time I get a message the internet headers are simple and not
to many hops but then after the 3rd copy there is Received: entries
from servers I don't understand why are they getting in the transfer
from machine to machine process.
Below is a partial header.
Why does the "creations-woodworks.com" server get involved? And the
other machines get involved before getting to its destination.
Thanks for any insight into this and what steps I should take to stop
the dups
