It would be easier for someone to help if you include the actual message you received instead of what the error code means.  Also the versions of sendmail and majordomo you're using, and whether you installed via rpm or compiling source.  Later it might be important to know what version of perl you have and what uid/gid majordomo is using.  Then of course if it's a permission problem, we'd have to know owner/group and permissions for all directories leading to majordomo files and permissions of all majordomo files.
 
Are you using smrsh?  Did you ln -s /pathtomajordomo/wrapper /pathtosmrsh/wrapper ?

 Send to the list cmatest. I tried emailing the list from our production mail servers, and from the box itself. It sends a Delivery Failure Report to the root of the box(which is actually routed back to the production mail servers to my email account).  I am new to majordomo and i do not have to much experience with sendmail and linux, but i can get around pretty good.
