Uid problem... solved with hack.

I suspect my problems deals with my installation..

I installed with uid majordomo gid daemon

edited all the makefiles and .cf etc...

installed the wrapper etc..

and everything runs fine.

except resend and bounce came out as

root:daemon

 

and when one unsubscribes

it call chown($uid,$gid, ..)

and it fails.

with out completely reinstalling I

simply changed $uid to majordomo_uid=1001 and bingo

it works just fine.

so my hack was poor. I know

but I can't not figure out where majordomo imports the variable values

of $uid and $gid.  It must be from resend or bounce and WHY they

are root:daemon I have not a clue.

 

Any info would help. I suspect I will have more problems as the digests etc..

start growing.
