It is really hard to say what you are doing wrong when
you don't tell us what you are doing in the first place.
What "alias options" have you tried?
Keep in mind, in your <listname>.config file, each setting
lists a reference as to what majordomo script uses that
setting. In the case of fronter/footer, prefix, and
moderation, they are all used by "resend". If your alias
file does not point list traffic to the resend script,
none of these settings will ever be seen (or used) by
majordomo.
It would be my GUESS that what you are doing wrong, is
an alias for your list that looks like...
listname: :include:/pathto/lists/listname
rather than...
listname: "|/pathto/majordomo/wrapper resend -l listname listname-outgoing,nobody"
listname-outgoing: :include:/pathto/lists/listname
