Subject: Change from digest to single messages?

This is a question which first of all regards the subscription of
*this*list, but also my own list.

If I started subscribing to a list using the "digest" method (one
message per day with a collection of anything posted to the list during
that day), but I want to change over to the single-message way, how do
I do this?
Which commands do I send, if it's possible at all?

I tried sending a "help" command to Majordomo, but it said nothing
about it there.
Is it possible, or do I have to unsubscribe, then re-subscribe single-messages?

Also, when posting to this list I was instructed to post to
"majordomo-users-digest@greatcircle.com" since I get messages digested.
Is there any difference between this address and the other one? Should
those who receive the digested version post to the digest address and
the others to the non-digest address? Seems a bit strange to me when we
all receive the same messages.
