David,

"wrapper not available" is covered in the majordomo-FAQ.
All you need to do is create a symbolic link to the 
/path-to/majordomo/wrapper in (most likely) /etc/smrsh.
With version 8.12 of sendmail, in RedHat it is /etc/smrsh.
