list member/recipient name (Was: Newbie Question)

This really should be in the FAQ by now, it gets asked every couple
months.  A similar question is "How do I add the actual recipient's
name to a footer/fronter or other body part?".

The answer is you can't.  At least not with "off the shelf" products.
