To trace these problems down, you need to be able to translate what you
are being told.  Look at all the headers in the bounce.  Check the 
majordomo and sendmail log files.  Any time majordomo is avoiding a 
mail loop, is usually because of the origin address being one of the
addresses listed at the bottom of majordomo.cf in $majordomo_dont_reply.
