Either your "lists" directory, or one of the directories in
the tree to lists is "group writable".  Sendmail does not 
allow this.  chmod -R go-w majordomo.  If you still get the
error, it is because a directory below majordomo is group
writable, and you should rethink where you want majordomo's
$HOME to be, or disable the security against group writable
directories in sendmail.cf.
