One of the best and most flexible ways to handle this is to create a file
which contains a list of all of the allowed posters.  For now this will only
be you.

Call this new list of allowed posters

        allowed-free-pctech-news

and put it in the same directory as your list config file.  Then set

        restrict_post       =   allowed-free-pctech-news

This will solve your problem and allow you to easily add and delete names of
allowable posters whenever you choose by editing the
allowed-free-pctech-news file instead of your free-pctech-news.config file
each time you want to affect a change.
