The Majordomo alias didn't seem to make a difference in a few tests I made.
It is currently removed but origionally was:
majordomo: "|/majordomo/wrapper majordomo"
Not seeing that peticular alias in newlist.txt I left it out. Thanks for
clearing up the how I post to the group issue. So being an internal alias
then I will need to setup the noadvertising feature in the
free-pctech-news-outgoing.config file then among other things.

All addresses should be in the file POINTED TO by

No, you post to free-pctech-news. free-pctech-news-outgoing is an
*internal* alias.
