Took a while to figure this out...but I believe I got things working again.
Took some major backtracking. When someone not on my approved list sends to
the list I get a bounce message though. Is this normal? And is there a way
to have majordomo send back a sorry you are not authorized message to the
sender? The bounce message is ok in case someone has a comment but it would
be nice to send them something like if you want a human response message.

RedHat 7.1?
Took some digging on this...Debian 2.2, Majordomo 1.94.5, Sendmail 8.10.2.

I believe the wrapper is properly linked since things working but I don't
see a smrsh dir to cd to.

This was an excellent description and helps clear up some mysteries.
