If your UID is not allowed to use the "mail" command, and you are
not the root user or do not have root permission on the server, you
will have to use a real mail client to send majordomo commands
instead of echoing the command into the body of an email from a
shell prompt to majordomo. (or you can ask the administrator of
the server for access to the 'mail' command from your login ID)
