Sendmail and bulkmailer

Hello,

I am setting up a list of 200,000 names and I have been informed that
sendmail might have some problems with a list this size. I would be very
grateful if anybody could answer these questions. What is sendmail? Is it
part of majordomo or a seperate package. How can I find out the limitations
of sendmail? And finally what is bulkmailer, is downloadable from web or
will I have to purcahse it.
