What's nice about Mhonarc is that I was able to take
my old emails from a period that hadn't been archived
and create an archive for them.
Emails are archived on the fly.
The html look, feel and indexing are configureable.
Most chores are easily automated.

Subject: How to provide web based archives for a majordomo list
> I need the collective advice of the list on how others are providing
web-based archives for their majordomo lists. We've been lucky that another
site was hosting our archives for many years, using their own scripts, but
that wonderful service is going to cease at the end of the year. When our
site provided archives, they were ftp text files, and I don't really want to
go back to that.

but I'm sure that there are much better ideas out there that you are all
using!
