Problem approving messages

I do not have access to "approve" so I followed the third
paragraph under 3.10 of the FAQ at greatcircle.com.

It forwarded the message to me (!) and included the
Approved: password line and everything else in the body!

I'll try another and post the whole thing, but I could
surely use some help.
