We have been getting an unusual number of complaints from list
recipients with MSN accounts that they have not been receiving mail from
the list for the last few weeks.

I suspect that this may somehow be due to the fact that dozens of MSN
addresses appear contiguously in the subscriber lists and MSN is
treating the mailings as spam.

Does anyone have any information or explanation for this phenomenon, and
what can be done - other than writing to MSN, which I suspect may be a
waste of time.

-- In the past, we have had a similar problem with AOL. In both cases,
moving the address to the top of the list would solve the problem for
that particular address.
