Subject Heading Problems

Hi,

When setting up a mailing list, how can one ensure that the subscription
confirmation that is sent back contains a subject heading.

Also, how can one modify the text of this message.

I'm currently using majordomo through a hosting company (but I do have root
access), and I need to know which files to modify.
