Thanks for your replies people.

So, Majordomo just dumps the message onto the alias and Sendmail takes care
of the rest?
Then this must be a sendmail problem:

----- Transcript of session follows -----

... while talking to mx1.isl.is.:

>>> RCPT To:<otrar@isl.is>

<<< 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients

otrar@isl.is... Deferred: 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients

>>> RCPT To:<oskark@isl.is>

<<< 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients

oskark@isl.is... Deferred: 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients

>>> RCPT To:<oops@isl.is>

<<< 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients

oops@isl.is... Deferred: 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients

>>> RCPT To:<omaro@isl.is>

<<< 452 4.5.3 Too many recipients

The list of "Too many recipients" errors goes on and on...

[root@morpheus majordomo]# grep isl.is lists/uppskriftir-listi | wc -l
    323

Never the less, does anyone know how I can fix this ? Ie. not send all the
emails to isl.is users in one envelope to mx1.isl.is ?

Best regards,
Jacob Sigurdsson
