That's a known bug; you may want to install the following patch:

	ftp://ftp.ccsf.org/majordomo-patches/1.94.5/majordomo.5

You may find other bug fixes and/or feature enhancement patches you didn't
know you needed;) 

Oh by the way, it is advisable to read the FAQ, and browse the list
archives, before posting questions to the list.  In other words, RTFM.
