Does the setting of MAX_RCPTS_PER_MESSAGE control the 'receipt' of
messages, or the 'sending' of messages? Where does a RCPT command
(referred to below) come from? Does "discourage use of the server for
spamming" mean "discourge spammers from sending to this server" or
"discourage use of this server as sender of spam"? I don't use this
setting, yet I had 'too many recipients' messages from yahoo [130 emails]
(and not aol [435 emails]) last month (our list has 4K email addresses).
