Need Clarifiaction on New List

Hi Majordomo Folks

I need some clarification regarding the owner of the list. The NEWLIST file
in the Majordomo says following :

A typical set of aliases without anything fancy, such as archiving or
digesting, would look like this:

       test:    "|/usr/test/majordomo-1.94.3/wrapper resend -l test
test-list"
       test-list:  :include:/usr/test/majordomo-1.94.3/lists/test
       owner-test:   you,
       test-owner:   you
       test-request: "|/usr/test/majordomo-1.94.3/wrapper majordomo -l test"


What I confused here is the usage of "you" in above block. Is it the user ID
that runs the Majoromo?

In my system I have created a User called majordomo, so can I use
"majordomo", instead of "you" in the above 
block?
