blocking posters from non-domain specific addrs

Hello,

If I only want people to be able to post from a specific domain, but
not "restrict" the list to the addresses on the list, can that be done?

If so, how would I do it?  I don't see anything in the *.config file
that seems to be helpful - unless I can restrict to *@dom.ain
