Although It helped me to display all the Lists in the Majorcool,

No, it shouldn't.
It should display whatever is in the config file. It doesn't read and
manage your aliases file.
If you want to maintain the owner alias in your aliases file, do so, and
leave it as it is in the config file.
If you want to allow it to be changed by the web interface, do so, but then
don't use the alias.
