Administrivia only looks at the first few lines of the message (well, 
that's what it did in Majordomo 1, anyway; we've just switched to 
Majordomo 2, however, and I'm not exactly sure it does administrivia 
in the same way).  Your message was hung up because of something on 
line 7.  We'll see what that was when it comes through, which should 
be shortly (I just dug it out and approved it, because I was curious).
