You could set up a procmail filter on the list-owner mailbox that
sends an auto-reply when an adminstrative bounce like this comes
in from majordomo. It has been awhile since I played with this
functionality, but I seem to recall getting a bounce message when
I have exceeded the size limit. Time to play again.
Another choice could be to just demime the messages, stripping any
attachment, and letting just the message get delivered to the list.
