Remember how relieved we were when AOL 7.0 came out and
provided the means for sending mail in plain text? No
more. The CDs with \AOL70\setup70.exe files dated after
7Dec2001 do not permit email to be sent in plain text.
Files dated 15Oct2001 and before default to plain text.
I don't know exactly when AOL made the change, but it
was between those two dates.

Arrrghhh!
