but majordomo can do everything you're asking for (in some cases, with
additional support, but there are ways to get there.)

so set up digests, or use one of the archiving scripts, or use mhonarc. i
have both digest archives and mhonarc running on my server.

so set up a cron job to send messages to majordomo. that's how i do it.

you may want to work a little on your approach to research, you missed a
lot.
