If you wish to allow HTML in email (Gross!), you can NOT use the
message_fronter or message_footer features in your listname.config
file. HTML is MIME encoded email, and requires MIME awarenes by
majordomo. Majordomo is NOT MIME aware, but will pass these emails
through your system as long as you are not doing things that add to
or modify the body of the message along the way.
