Thanks to all who helped me with this issue. I now have the
"Plain Text AOL 7.0" story wrapped up and ready to go public
next week. I will attempt a phone call Monday to the AOL EVP
of Member Services, as has been suggested to me.
What is interesting is that the "Who We Are" AOL web page
on the internet shows Keith Jenkins in that position; this
agrees with what I was told. However, the same page viewed
while logged in to AOL shows it to be Neil Smit. Hopefully
the phone number will get me to the right person.
