I wrote a similar letter to AOL about another Majordomo list that I administer, 
and got a similarly fatuous letter back, telling me how important my opinion was 
to AOL, but totally and completely misunderstanding my point.

I suspect, from reading it, that it was written by a computer program designed 
to respond to particular trigger words in the message.   I doubt any of it went 
through the mind of a thinking human.
