My server owner just upgraded from 1.94.3 to 1.94.5.
Blank subject lines sent to lists that have a
subject_prefix enabled still do not get a subject
tag placed into the subject when the message is
distributed. This was supposed to be an enhancement
in 1.94.5.

Any suggestions will be appreciated!
