Having some problems

Our email list has been completely fine, until the last two days.

Suddenly, an email I send, which is about as long in content as this one,
doesn't appear for awhile. But I sent one that was short, and a test, and it
worked fine.

I have the size of the emails allowed really high, so that shouldn't be a
problem. Just appears that for some reason, the emails are being delayed.
Can anyone help?
