Bonnie, As I found out, if you're using an exchange server, sometimes it is
set to word wrap, so matter what email client I used to compose the email,
the exchange server wrapped. Are you using an exchange server?

What I did: Basically, every time I retrieved the config file, it had about
6 lines that were longer than 80. I just tracked them down, and for each
one, I manually made it less than 80 either by wrapping it my and putting a
# in the new line (it was always on a comment line), or take out some of the
spaces between the keyword, equal sign, and value. Then submit it making
sure you're sending it in plain text.

Sorry for using confusing terminology Bonnie. Line "length" is the same
as "wrap" because it is at that point (number of characters) that you will
be forced to begin a new line. Try setting this value to 132. Most of
the lines in the config file are a maximum of 80 characters, but outlook
defaults to starting new lines after 72 characters. I looks like you
have already found the "plain text" button. :)
