Yes, testlist-list is ok, but testlist needs to change.  Use the previous 
example I sent at the template, and rather than test-outgoing, you would
use testlist-list.

testlist: "|/usr/lib/majordomo/wrapper resend -l testlist testlist-list,nobody"

If you are a linux user, give my newlist3.pl tool a try, (and send me some
feedback).  It creates directories with proper ownership and permissions,
creates list entries in your aliases file and if necessary, even the 
virtusertable file for hosted domains.

I am working out of town this week. Sorry, I don't have the URL handy.
I have posted it in this list several times if you want to dig though.
