If you are not using "resend" in your alias for <listname>, the .config
will never be used.
For example;
test: "|/pathto/majordomo/wrapper resend -l test test-outgoing,nobody"
test-outgoing: :include:/pathto/majordomo/lists/test
nobody: /dev/null
