The vaclist.{DATE} file will be created automagically by the majordomo
archive2.pl script. Just make sure the vaclist.archive directory exists
ahead of time with the proper ownerships and permissions, and that you
do NOT have a directory called vaclist inside vaclist.archive.
The November 2002 archive is not available online yet. Then again, the
month is not over yet either. I will post/repost what docs I have
contributed to the -users list in the -docs list before the end of this
month. Perhaps you will find something there that I have not mentioned
here yet.
