It wasn't a critique.  It was pointing out that, unlike his supposition 
that it didn't know how to find sendmail or majordomo -- that it was an 
"unknown mailer" -- that an error was being returned from the invocation 
of the Majordomo script.  Sorry if the language wasn't sufficiently 
prescriptive.  My instincts then tell me to run the script 
intyeractively by hand to see what's coming out of it; since I haven't 
heard anyone recommend that in a long time, I guess either the general 
ability to debug has decreased significantly or there are newer methods 
I'm not aware of.
