How about a few messages to owner-majordomo-Users@greatcircle.com
requesting that the offending address be unsubscribed?
Not to downplay the stupidity of someone who uses a misbehaving
autoresponder, but the standard no-muss no-fuss solution is to unsubscribe
the miscreant.
