If you search the archives, you will find some lengthy discussions re: 
getting it to work with sendmail and smrsh enabled and the aliases needed 
to accomplish what you want.

I have been using it very successfully for quite a while now.  You can also 
strip plain text signature blocks using the demime_junkmail.cf.
