An infamous feature of Hotmail is to classify mail as junk if
it does not have the recipient's hotmail address in the TO or
CC lines.  This consigns almost all mailing list mail to the
junk folder.  The Hotmail users can reconfigure this.  I do not
know the details, only that this happens.

It also sends forwarded mail to junk, and BCC'd mail.
