Sorry to be so vague, but sendmail can be configured so that you can limit
the maximum number of messages copied to a domain per transfer. I believe
that this can also be controlled in conjunction with numbers of copies per
unit time.
I have no idea how to do this, just that it can be done. Also, different
places have different requirements, none of which are public. Does anyone
else have more info?
